TEK Park hosted its first ever Tenant Appreciation Day Picnic. Close to 500 TEK Park employees/tenants
participated in the event, which featured a huge outdoor cookout and state-of-the-art simulator rides with the
Nextel NASCAR Racing Experience (sponsored by Buckeye Partners, L.P.)

1 TEK Park was transformed into an art gallery for Kutztown University's Senior Exhibition.
The exhibit, which ran from April 16 through May 6, featured an assortment of communication design,
fine arts, art education and craft projects from Kutztown's 2007 graduating class.

TEK Park hosted Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation's (LVEDC) Legislative Breakfast,
featuring Kathleen McGinty, Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
As part of the LVEDC's Legislative and Governmental Relations Breakfast Meeting series, and speaking to
a crowd of over 100 local business people and leaders, McGinty elaborated on Governor Rendell's proposed
Energy Independence Strategy.

hosted the a three-day Northeast Regional meeting of BICSI, a nationally-based telecommunications association, at TEK Park.
